  I was shown a variety of dresses within my budget and a couple out of my budget too. I was given the opportunity to try on and get a feel for both budget and non budget dresses and was not pushed to spend more than I wanted to. I was made to feel at home and at ease and managed to find my perfect dress first time round. Great experience.

  I met Annabel at the N.E.C National wedding show this year. I found and bought my wedding dress from them that day. I love my dress and their customer service on that day was fantastic. However, I can't give them 5 stars because I am not very impressed with the after service. As the dress fits almost perfectly, and I only need a couple of minor adjustments, and a way of keeping my train out the way for my evening reception, I was able to take my dress home. But although they promised to send us details of a local seamstress in Nottingham for my fittings they have not delivered, and we have been the ones chasing them. I'm starting to get the impression that they are more interested in making sales and taking your money than really caring about the brides that visit them. It's such a shame. In some ways I am beginning to regret my purchase and putting my trust in them.
